John M. Moffat, DDS

Dr. John Moffat received his Bachelor of Science degree at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Moffat was awarded a position as a dental resident in a General Practice Residency program in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he received additional training in a variety of dental subjects. Dr. Moffat is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the San Fernando Valley Dental Association. He is also a member of AYUDA, a non-profit association of dentists who provide voluntary dental service to under-privileged children in the United States, Mexico, Central America, and South America. Dr. Moffat is the visionary behind OralpathDx®, a computer software program that helps health care providers more accurately diagnose oral pathology. Dr. Moffat grew up in Hidden Hills, California. He is happily married and has 5 beautiful children. He enjoys spending time with his family, church, surfing, and enjoying music.
